PRIORITY PACKING

Have your order packed first and fastest by the Frisky Deer Team.
Select this option at the checkout and your order will jump the queue. We know you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to get your order out of the door as quickly as possible. However, packing may take up to 3 business days. This Priority Packing option means that we can pack your order within 1 business day (weekends excluded) and you will receive a tracking number as soon as we print the label.

We ship Australia-wide & to New Zealand.
All Australian domestic orders are shipped using a select amount of trusted Australian courier and furniture removal services. 

add VIP status to your order and your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours of placement. Please note - Orders that contain pre-order products cannot be sent priority until they arrive in our warehouse.

Clothing and Jewellery - FREE

$0 to $150 - $12

Over $150 - $18

Small Furniture & Larger Items, add $22

Frisky Deer The Label Acrylics - $15 for the first set added to your cart and then $5 for every additional set.

Artwork - $50 to $100 depending on the size of the piece, calculated at the checkout

As we are located in Western Australia, standard postage takes between 2-5 days on average to the East Coast. If you require Express Postage (1-3 days) please contact hello@friskydeer.com.au. 
Larger items may take up to 2 weeks dependent on the location within Australia.
Please note, while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during delivery.

FREE SHIPPING ON CLOTHING  & JEWELLERY? REALLY?! 

Yes, really! All clothing & jewellery orders within Australia ship free, with the option to upgrade to Express shipping for $10.
If your order is shipping to New Zealand, all clothing & jewellery orders will ship for a $10 flat rate for Standard shipping or you can upgrade to Express shipping for $30.

LEAD TIME AND SHIPPING FOR ALL CUSTOM-MADE PRINTS + CANVASES

Current lead times for all custom-made prints & canvases is 6-8 weeks. We will keep you updated with its movements as soon as it is ordered and has left our manufacturer.

OVERSIZED/FRAGILE SHIPPING QUOTE

For oversized & fragile items, shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis and we will be in contact once the order is processed. The sale is final once processed. Alternatively, feel free to email us at hello@friskydeer.com.au for a quote on oversized or fragile items prior to purchase.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. During sale periods, processing time will be longer - up to 7 days. Tracking advice will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
