PRIORITY PACKING

Have your order packed first and fastest by the Frisky Deer Team.

Select this option at the checkout and your order will jump the queue. We know you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to get your order out of the door as quickly as possible. However, packing may take up to 3 business days. This Priority Packing option means that we can pack your order within 1 business day (weekends excluded) and you will receive a tracking number as soon as we print the label.

*Please note - Orders that contain pre-order products cannot be sent priority until they arrive in our warehouse.

SHIPPING
We ship Australia-wide & to New Zealand.

All clothing & jewellery orders within Australia ship free, with the option to upgrade to Express shipping for $10!

For oversized & fragile items, shipping is quoted on a case by case basis and we will be in contact once the order is processed. Alternatively, feel free to email us at hello@friskydeer.com.au for a quote on oversized or fragile items prior to purchase.

RETURNS
We offer 30 day returns for exchange or shop credit. In general, we do not accept "change of mind" returns so please choose carefully.
