IS IT 20% OFF ALL FRAMED PRINTS AND CANVASES?

Our 20% off art promo applies to PRE-ORDERS only and does not apply to art in stock. The pre-order item will have a button to 'pre-order' instead of 'buy it now'. You will pay 50% now and 50% when the artwork arrives. The artwork takes between 3 and 6 weeks to arrive at Frisky Deer.  

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

Generally, within 48 hours of placing your order, but check out our SHIPPING page for all of the details.

 

CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE?

Of course, we always want you to be happy with your products from Frisky Deer; however, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or something doesn't fit - please choose carefully! Check out our RETURNS page for more detailed information.

 

OH MAN, MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Shoot us an email at hello@friskydeer.com.au with your order number & we'll see what we can do. If possible, please send along a photo of the damage.
