FURNITURE + OTHER OVERSIZED ITEMS - PICK-UP RULES:
Pick-up times are between 5-6pm Monday-Friday.
We take safety very seriously at Frisky Deer, both for our customers & our staff. With this in mind, it is not always possible to organize the removal of furniture, large prints, mirrors, etc. at the time of purchase. While we will always do our best, it will typically be necessary to arrange pick-up after hours for oversized items. This allows us to package your items securely, & remove with minimal risk. We appreciate your understanding & patience as we work to keep everyone safe!

EXTENDED LEAD TIME FOR ALL CUSTOM MADE PRINTS + CANVASES
Due to COVID-19, our beloved Melbourne supplier is experiencing extended lead times for all custom made prints & canvases. The lead time for all orders is approximately 12 weeks.
We appreciate your understanding during this time, as we do our best to support the businesses & brands we love!
WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH CARBONCLICK?

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
We offer two gift card options: In-Store or Online. We'll spare you the boring details, but for now you must purchase the version you think will be best. However, if you change your mind just let us know & we'll do our best to get your gift card switched over.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we ship Australia-wide & to New Zealand. But keep an eye out!
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
Generally, within 48 hours of placing your order, but check out our SHIPPING page for all of the details.
CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE?
We offer 30 day returns for exchange or shop credit.
At Frisky Deer, we want you to love your purchase, so if you don’t - we’re here for you! If your item isn’t the right size or fit (or colour, or texture, or… you get the point), just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0438 020 484 within 7 days of delivery and we’ll get it sorted. Send back your package within 30 days and you’re in the clear! We know life can get in the way, so always reach out if you’re running a bit late and we’ll do our best to help.
Items must be in original, unworn & unused condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, there are a few products that we cannot accept for returns: sale items, jewellery, undergarments, bodysuits, & skincare.
Once we receive your return, the Frisky Team will be in touch to confirm your details.
While we strive to triple-check every item that makes its way to you, if you receive a defective item please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll take care of it ASAP at no cost to you.
OH MAN, MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO NOW?
