FURNITURE + OTHER OVERSIZED ITEMS - PICK-UP TIMES:
Pick-up times are between 5-6pm Monday-Friday.
We take safety very seriously at Frisky Deer, both for our customers & our staff. With this in mind, it is not always possible to organize the removal of furniture, large prints, mirrors, etc. at the time of purchase. While we will always do our best, it will typically be necessary to arrange pick-up after hours for oversized items. This allows us to package your items securely, & remove with minimal risk. We appreciate your understanding & patience as we work to keep everyone safe!

LEAD TIME AND SHIPPING FOR ALL CUSTOM MADE PRINTS + CANVASES
Current lead times for all custom made prints & canvases is 6-8 weeks; however, there could be further delays as our supplier is based in Victoria & national COVID-19 protocols can change. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control.
We appreciate your understanding during this time, as we do our best to support the businesses & brands we love!
If you live in a REMOTE AREA in Australia we cannot guarantee delivery of your Framed Print or Canvas within the cost of the shipping paid at the checkout. We try to cover any minor shipping increments above the shipping paid, however we will get in contact with you for exorbitant shipping costs to remote Australian locations. The difference in shipping paid and the actual cost of shipping to remote Australian locations is at the cost of the customer.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
We offer two gift card options: In-Store or Online. We'll spare you the boring details, but for now you must purchase the version you think will be best. However, if you change your mind just let us know & we'll do our best to get your gift card switched over.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we ship Australia-wide & to New Zealand. But keep an eye out!
FREE SHIPPING ON CLOTHING + JEWELLERY? REALLY?!
Yes, really! All clothing & jewellery orders within Australia ship free, with the option to upgrade to Express shipping for $10.
If your order is shipping to New Zealand, all clothing & jewellery orders will ship for a $10 flat rate for Standard shipping or you can upgrade to Express shipping for $30.

CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE?

OH MAN, MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO NOW?
