WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 30 day returns for shop credit. You will receive your shop credit in the form of a gift card (e-gift card for online orders, in-store gift card if returned in-store).

At Frisky Deer, we want you to love your purchase, so if you don’t - we’re here for you! If your item isn’t the right size or fit (or colour, or texture, or… you get the point), just click here to request a return. Wait for your returns approval to hit your email inbox and read the instructions for sending your parcel back to us.

Please read below for the exclusions to our returns policy. The following items are not able to be returned:

- 'Change of mind' on our homewares categories, please choose carefully
- Sale or outlet items (Including sale events such as our EOFY sale)
- Leather goods
- Jewellery
- Undergarments or body suits
- Skincare

Items must be in original, unworn & unused condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, there are a few products that we cannot accept for returns: sale items, Outlet items, jewellery, undergarments, bodysuits, & skincare.

While we strive to triple-check every item that makes its way to you, if you receive a defective item please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll take care of it ASAP at no cost to you.
